How much are your notary services?
We charge a different rate for each service, competitive with the market. To get an exact quote for your service needs, feel free to call or text us anytime.

We provide mobile notary services to all of the following areas:

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?
Please have the following documentation with you at the time of the signing:
Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
Examples: Driver’s license, state ID card, passport, or military ID.
Must be current (not expired) and match the name on the documents.
The Document(s) to be Notarized
Bring the unsigned document(s).
Do not sign beforehand—sign only in front of the notary.

If your document needs witnesses, confirm with the notary whether you need to provide them or if the notary can.
Any Supporting Documents
Trusts, contracts, letters of instruction, or related paperwork that must be attached.
Form of Payment
Cash, card, or other methods depending on the notary’s accepted payment.
If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.
What are your travel fees?
Flat Rate
Example: $25 flat within 15 miles, $50 beyond.
How soon can I book a signing?
Routine Notarizations: 24–48 hours in advance
Loan Signings / Real Estate: 3–5 days in advance
Estate Planning Docs: 3–7 days in advance
Rush / After-Hours: Book as soon as possible (extra fee may apply)
Do you provide a witness if I need one?
Bring your own witnesses unless you arrange otherwise in advance.
Witnesses must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide valid ID (sometimes required).
Not be named in or benefiting from the document.
Additional fees apply if we have to bring witnesses ($25.00 per witness).
